Our services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with prior notice. Communication channels such as WhatsApp are subject to the policies and terms of service of their respective providers.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and account setup
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensure that any customer data you provide or process through our platform is collected and used in compliance with applicable data protection laws
• Not use our services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities

4. Our Responsibilities

5. Billing and Payment

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Let Them Connect platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Let Them Connect or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let Them Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
